Booking Information 1. Below you will find the link to book hotel rooms. 2. General booking for everyone is open. 3. One night (NON-REFUNDABLE) will be billed upon acceptance of your reservation; the balance will be billed in May. 4. Full instructions are at the ProReg site.  ProReg is a professional company we hired to handle accommodations. 5. A map showing all eleven properties is on the booking page. 6. The Dinner Dance and Teen Dance are scheduled for Friday night. 7. All Regional Directors have been contacted with this information to forward to teachers and then to parents. 8. We will NOT be mailing out any information regarding hotel bookings so please let your non-e-mail teacher/friends know. 9. The Teacher's Convention will be on the 3rd.  Dancing will be on the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th.  The timetable will be out in June. 10.
